The soft white mug is a piece close to my heart. Its rounded form is inspired by the traditional Talavera mugs from my mother’s hometown in Mexico - a shape that feels timeless and deeply rooted in heritage. I wanted to honor that history while bringing in something of my own, so I shaped the handle into a soft braid, a symbol of connection and care.

Made from stoneware and finished in a warm, creamy glaze with subtle speckling, each mug is completely unique. The braided handle invites your hand to rest comfortably, while the curved form holds warmth with ease. It’s a mug that feels as much like an embrace as it does a vessel.
